Purpose & Principle
People Institute of Management Studies (PiMS) was the brainchild of the vision and foresight of the late Adv. P. Raghavan, a former legislator of the Kerala Legislative Assembly (1991–2001) and a keen nurturer of infrastructure in the education sector in the backward Kasaragod district of Kerala.
PiMS was established in 2009 with the noble vision of imparting high-quality, value-oriented management education — adding the best skills in students and preparing them for leadership. In its years since inception, the institute is now enviably placed as the only self-financed B-school in Kasaragod.
